Lack of Support

I ordered the Carbon Fiber Perfect Wave. High quality vinyl. Looks great. There as of the time of writing this review, No videos of the DJI Air 3. I asked support several times for help and my requests were referred to their youtube videos which do not have anything regarding the Air 3. The sheets will come with no labels identifying where anything goes. There are a ton of pieces and I have several left that I can't identify where they go. I also assume that the order I got was at the end of the cutters life as some intricate pieces where very difficult to remove.
